These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using services provided by Radineer LLC ("Company").

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between users and the Company regarding service usage.

Article 2 (Registration)

Registration is completed when an applicant applies through the method specified by the Company and the Company approves the application.

Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

Activities that violate laws or public order
Activities related to criminal acts
Activities that destroy or interfere with our server or network functions
Activities that may interfere with the operation of our services
Activities that collect or accumulate personal information of other users
Impersonating other users
Activities that provide benefits to antisocial forces
Other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 4 (Service Suspension)

The Company may suspend all or part of the service without prior notice if any of the following reasons apply.

The Company does not guarantee that the service is free from defects. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from this service.

Article 7 (Governing Law)

Japanese law shall govern the interpretation of these Terms. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Company's headquarters location.
